Confusion
While goal setting and when we are planning to some thing we face one of the most important problem “Confusion”
Lest understand what confusion is “ability to correctly recall previous events or learn new material” e.g. inability to focus attention and various impairments in awareness and temporal and spatial orientation.
cause….
1) Goals of life will not be clearly defined
2) Love and emotions
3) Anxiety
4) Greediness
5) Lack of knowledge
6) Highly flexible by nature
There are several medical causes of confusion.
A - Alcohol
E - Epilepsy (disorder that causes seizures) or Exposure
I - Insulin (diabetic emergency)
O - Overdose or oxygen deficiency
U - Uremia (toxins due to kidney failure)
T - Trauma (shock or head injury)
I - Infection
P - Psychosis or poisoning
S - Stroke
How to overcome with confusion…
1) Work for personal development read books
2) Allow the moments of confusion. There will be moments of real clarity and just when you think you've got it figured out, confusion may set in
3) Distract your mind by physically moving around, going for a walk, listening to music, reading a book - anything that will get you up and moving.
4) Collect information about all event comes in your mind and write down.
5) Divide all task according to your need select one of them confidently
6) Spirituality etc around you and ask "what do I need to know or hear most right now".
Remember not body else can help you out till that you don’t work to overcome with confusion…
