Lots of bills, No Acts: Government is Busy in passing Time

The government of India is busy in passing the time, and no policy is getting passed:

When the house is on fire, everyone will be busy dousing the flame. Who will go to thing structural improvement to it? UPA part 2 which came in with a thumping majority in May 2009 since it had debated a decisive mandate many expected several key reform to be pushed in first or three year of governance

On the contrary that’s scams comes in picture Commonwealth Games, Adersh scam, 2G Spectrum, Anna Hazare and Baba Ramdave movement and fast

What government is doing?

What is going to happen with Look Pall Bill?

Tax reforms: We are still waiting the goods and service tax (GST) was meant to come into force by April 2010, it was announced that the new tax regime would be implementation by April 2012,

Most of the bills are still pending: the food security bill, the right to education, the women reservation bill has not been approved by parliament and become an act.

Thirty eight bills of 2010 and eight bills of 2011 are waiting their turn only three bills have been passed

One big I have in mind is really MGNREGA (Mahtma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act) as big achievement of UPA 2

We hope, before general election we can see few bill in action
